Why Rimeso exists
Many of us have hundreds of contacts and still feel alone. Feeds made our circles wider, but not closer: we scroll past people instead of talking to them. Rimeso goes the other way. It gives you a handful of people and one good question a day, so there is always something real to talk about, and enough time to actually listen.
How it works
- Pick what you care about. Choose your interests, your language, your age group and your country.
- Meet your circle. Rimeso matches you into a small circle of people who share them.
- Answer the Daily Spark. One question a day, written by our team. Once you have shared your answer, you can read everyone else's.
- Keep talking. React, comment, reply in threads, @mention people, and chat privately with anyone in your circle.
What you can do in the app
- Daily Spark: one thoughtful question a day for your circle.
- Small circles: a handful of people, matched by interest, language and country.
- Private chat: message circle members one-to-one with text and photos, reply to a specific message, like messages, and see typing and read ticks. Messages disappear after 7 days, and you can block, report or turn off messages at any time.
- Vent Room: share what is hard, anonymously.
- Reactions, comments and threads: turn an answer into a conversation.
- Streaks and badges: gentle encouragement to show up (+1 a day, −2 for a missed day).
Who it is for
Rimeso is for people aged 16 and over (16+) who want closer friendships: students and young professionals, people who moved to a new city or country, people who feel lonely even when they are surrounded by others, and anyone who prefers a few honest conversations to a crowd.
Made in India, open to the world
Rimeso is built in India. The app speaks Hindi, and daily questions come in Hindi and Hinglish as well as English, so you can talk the way you actually text. It is also open in more than 60 countries, with the app available in English, हिन्दी, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. Circles are matched by language and country, or a nearby time zone when there is no circle close by yet.
Safety and privacy
- Your answers are visible only to your circle. They are never public and never indexed by search engines.
- Report and block are always one tap away, and our team reviews every report. See the Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app or at rimeso.in/delete-account. Read the Privacy Policy.
